Before making a purchase, please review the following important information.

Shipping & Delivery

  • Estimated Delivery Time: 2 to 5 weeks from the order date.
  • Shipping Fee: Flat rate of $7 worldwide.
  • Free Shipping: Available for orders of 2 or more items in a single purchase.

Payment Methods

We accept the following payment methods:

Credit Cards

We accept VISA, Mastercard, and American Express.

Google Pay

If you are browsing using Google Chrome, you can make a payment using your Google Pay account.
At checkout, select Google Pay under Express Checkout.

Apple Pay

On iPhone, iPad, and Mac, you can make payments using Apple Pay via Safari.
At checkout, select Apple Pay under Express Checkout.

QR Code Payments

  • On smartphones, the payment app will open automatically.
  • On computers, scan the QR code and complete the payment through the app.

PayPal

Once set up, PayPal allows you to pay securely and conveniently using your credit card or bank account with just your ID and password.

Order Cancellation

  • Within 24 hours of purchase: Cancellations are accepted with a fee of $5 per item.
  • After 24 hours: Cancellations are not allowed due to order processing.

Returns & Exchanges

We accept returns and refunds only in cases of defective products or if the received item is clearly different from your order.

  • Please contact us within 7 days of receiving the product.

Returns & Exchanges Are Not Accepted in the Following Cases:

  • Returns due to customer preference (e.g., "not as expected").
  • More than 8 days have passed since the item arrived.
  • The item has been used, altered, washed, or dry-cleaned.
  • The item has acquired odors, stains, or damage while in the customer’s possession.

⚠️ Important Information

1) Product Quality

Due to manufacturing processes, the following quality variations may occur. While we inspect all items before shipping, we may still sell items that do not affect wearability. Please note the following:

  • Loose threads, slightly loose buttons, or imperfect stitching.
  • Some items may not have tags.
  • Minor design modifications (e.g., button design or stitching color) may occur.
  • Sizing may slightly vary due to supplier changes.
  • Measurement differences of 1–3 cm may occur depending on measuring methods.

2) Product Images & Colors

The color of the actual product may vary from the product images due to lighting and display settings. Additionally, color differences may occur depending on whether the product is viewed indoors or outdoors.

3) Invoices & Receipts

To protect customer privacy, we do not issue invoices or receipts. Please use your credit card statement or bank transfer record as proof of purchase.
