Q. How long does it take for my order to arrive?
Typically, delivery takes 2 to 5 weeks from the order date.
- Order → Shipping: 1 to 2 weeks
- Shipping → Arrival: 1 to 3 weeks
Since products are sourced directly from the factory after you place an order, they go through inspection, packaging, and shipping via our partnered vendors.
Depending on the supplier, customs, and product availability, the shipping process may take more than 2 weeks.
We kindly ask that you place your order with ample time to accommodate shipping delays.
Additionally, as we deal with high-turnover products, some items may go out of stock and need to be canceled. We appreciate your understanding.
Q. Can I change the size of my order?
Yes, but the following fees may apply depending on the timing of your request:
- Within 24 hours of order placement: Free
- After 24 hours: $5 per item exchange fee
- After shipping: Changes are not possible
Q. Can I return or exchange an item?
We accept returns and refunds only in cases where the product is defective or clearly different from your order.
- For defective items, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order.

- Returns due to customer preference (e.g., "not what I expected").
- More than 8 days have passed since the item arrived.
- The item has been used, altered, washed, or dry-cleaned.
- The item has acquired odors, stains, or damage while in the customer’s possession.

Q. Can I cancel my order?
Cancellations are accepted only within 24 hours of placing the order.
After 24 hours, cancellations due to customer preference are not accepted.
